Purpose

This Terms and Conditions Agreement (the “Agreement”) is a legally binding contract between you (the “User” or “you”) and The Southern Nationalist League, Inc.(the “Company” or “we” or “us”) that governs your use of our online platform (the “Platform”) for uploading and sharing content (the “Content”).

Acceptance

By uploading or sharing any Content on the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Platform.

Content License Policy

When you upload Content to the Platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, publicly display, and publicly perform the Content for the purpose of providing the Platform services. You represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights and authority to grant this license.

Ownership and Intellectual Property

You retain all ownership and intellectual property rights in and to the Content. We do not claim any ownership or intellectual property rights in the Content. However, by uploading Content to the Platform, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display the Content as described above.

Content Guidelines

You agree to comply with the following guidelines when uploading Content:

• You must not upload any Content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, defamatory, or obscene.
• You must not upload any Content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
• You must not upload any Content that is false, misleading, or deceptive.
• You must not upload any Content that is intended to promote or facilitate illegal activities.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your account and remove any Content that violates this Agreement or our community guidelines. We may also terminate your account if you fail to comply with this Agreement or our community guidelines.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Alabama. Any disputes arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the appropriate legal arbitration.

Changes to the Agreement

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time without notice. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes to this Agreement constitutes your acceptance of the modified Agreement.
