SBC abandons Confederate battle flag

The \”Southern\” Baptist Convention (SBC) has voted overwhelmingly to abandon its Southern heritage and the main symbol representing that heritage: the Confederate battle flag.

“We call our brothers and sisters in Christ to discontinue the display of the Confederate battle flag as a sign of solidarity of the whole Body of Christ, including our African-American brothers and sisters.”–SBC approved resolution, 14 June 2016

The League of the South, an organization whose foundation is based on God\’s word as revealed in His Holy Scripture, deplores the SBC\’s craven and unscriptural abandonment of the honorable and noble heritage of their fathers and their surrender to the forces of godless Cultural Marxism. We encourage all true Southerners to come out of this compromising denomination.–Michael Hill
