Obama \”foreign\” to Southerners

Barack Obama, in a friendly interview with CNN, said that whites from the north treated him differently than Southern whites. Obama said Southerners treated him like he was \”foreign\” to them.

There is no mystery here to us in The League. Obama is foreign to us. He is not part of our \”nation\”–the Southern people (whites). Thus he could be nothing to us if not foreign.
