The Constitution won\’t save us

\"10305062_953864364632360_2791625231419919103_n\"If the Constitution could have helped us stop tyranny and preserve our liberties, it would have done so already. The fact that it couldn\’t–and can\’t–is why men like Patrick Henry opposed it in the first place. So please get over any ideas you might have of \”restoring the Constitution;\” there is nothing there to restore. The solution is Southern independence.

  1. We need a new constitution for our new republic, and we shouldn’t waste any time writing it. We do not know how long it will take before we get a chance to become independent. Things could transpire incredibly fast or things could go on for decades before we can exercise independence. We should have our constitution ready and waiting so that there is minimal “power vacuum” or any other opportunity for something to go wrong.

I imagine something base on the US Constitution but fixing the weak points, like making the country an explicit ethnostate rather than just leaving it all up to congress. Maybe also restrict freedom of religion to a shortlist, and conveniently leaving Judaism off the list. Liberals have worked very hard for the last 200+ years to show us where the weaknesses are in the Constitution, so we are well educated on what works and what needs to be fixed.
