I admire people , who shoot accurately pistol. Have owned them for years but have little practice. . It is not so easy as the professionals make it seem.
Hand guns or long rifle are the current fashion . Everyone is purchasing . Even the liberal passivist. But without the appropriate spirit this may be premature. Women are also interested and motivated. It is good they are incensed by the rapine and religiously motivated violation , which our loving government has imported. Learning to use a handgun is not a new fetish ; but a profound resolve.
Hand gun training teaches alertness, circumspection, patience and responsibility . A professional , who is called to help others learn may be a prerequisite. Safety and responsibility are the relevant things , we may learn.
Self loading pistols are provided with safety devices . Unfortunately , these are found only with the older more traditional designs made of hard steel. The current plastic romances the self confident , who believe safety levers and de cocking devices ( an ingenious invention) are superfluous . Even designers like Heckler und Koch are conforming to this.
But firearms can have moral and social -political importance. One learns to control and cultivate the close relationship with danger. Virtues emanate from this when in the presence of these potential weapons . Sadly as always it relies on written discredited laws , which the enemy has already refuted. 2nd amendment is a plastic toy battered around amongst friend and enemy. No one seems to know its original purpose. And thier definitions provoke to acquire and keep , what the enemy declares to be obsolescent or no longer necessary .
The hand gun or its its creative Schmied , who is always inventing a better / more economic device has produced a key to liberty. Have they not dispossessed us of all things , that can be protracted with a pretext : be it our automobile ( because the owner is too poor to pay taxes and registration); a house ( which we never own ); or even children , when the natural mother has no longer responsibility ; even ageing parents whom , the bureaucracy commissioned by SS deems it time for them ” to go” ?
But your firearm may be your only possession , whose self declared eminence may be the last hope of sovereignty . And the only one to be questioned by the omniscient guvmint, whose controversial sophistry is reluctant to dispossess.
Learn some virtues that , the handgun may teach you . Those , who give thier firearms to the enemy do not deserve them. ANd they who feel no need for them may find thier shovel a poor substitute after they are converted to the ultimate challenge for freedom and life. Though one should concede an angry man with righteous cause may be more effective with a shovel than the irresolute with a handgun.
