Having no definition nor specific duty probably means he is defined by his wealth (whose authority most American should never doubt) and he shall presume as an idol to defend Americans from the fear of the economic collapse ( never mind the moral disintegration) which the jew has always used as a method to suspend law because of the imminent danger of money monster.
