“We need to start ignoring the USDA and give them the boot. We should be producing our own beef (here in the US) and coming up with our own standards for meat production without all the red tape and bureaucracy of the federal government.” ~
“People need to actually SUPPORT their local farmers. I know…everyone can’t afford it…but, IF the government would make it possible for small farmers to grow and PROCESS meats…the prices would come down, we would know where our meats come from…and our farmers could earn a living” ~
